Live and Let Die
A surreal blaxploitation style Bond movie, Roger Moore's first outing as James Bond is, in equal measures, comical and action-packed. You'll never get bored but it's definitely the weirdest Bond ever with loads of utterly bizarre moments. This is a UK quad poster from the first UK release, linen backed in excellent condition. This is one of a well known large batch that had the white borders lightly trimmed at the time of release and now measures 38.5" x 26.5". It's likely that this was done for use on the London Underground network as UK quads routinely had about 3" trimmed off the top to fit their poster sites during this period. With untrimmed copies fetching up to £1800, it's priced at a substantial discount despite the artwork being unaffected. Airbushing to borders.
