The style C artwork by leading British artist, Tom Chantrell, was commissioned for the UK release but George Lucas liked it so much he also gave it a limited US release. Less than 500 hundred were printed for international use. This is one of the rare International versions, linen backed in excellent condition. There are many bootlegs of this version with easily identified flaws (hair on Leia's back, etc). This poster very rare and is guaranteed genuine. Prior to backing this poster was tri-folded. Tri-folded posters are more sought after because there is no vertical fold and hence no crossfold.
