This is a (very lightly) folded copy of the sought after teaser style poster (without film name) with artwork by Bob Peak. N.B. This is the 2006 reprint version with identical artwork to the 1978 first release. It was available (via order form) to people who purchased the $99 2006 Superman Ultimate Collector's Edition 14 disc DVD set. As it comes directly from Warner Bros, the printing quality is very high.
