One of the most influential horror films of all time, producer Val Lewton felt the original script he was given was lacking so he adapted it to follow the plot of Jane Eyre. The rest is history. This is the larger format 3 sheet from the 1956 re-release, folded in two sections as issued. This poster would be an excellent candidate for linen backing since it has excellent un-faded colour and the faults (fold separations, pinholes and edge wear) can be fixed during restoration.
