Planet of the Apes

Planet of the apes was a landmark science fiction film that spawned a host of sequels, TV spin-offs and re-makes and remains today one of the most powerful sci-fi movies ever. It also marked a major change in direction for Charlton Heston into science fiction. He followed this film with Beneath the Planet of the Apes, The Omega Man and Soylent Green and became something of a cult hero to the sci-fi community. This is the sought after Hungarian design with spectacular offbeat design from the first release in Hungary in 1981 of this 1968 film.
