Queen of Blood

Rare large format poster for this camp horror classic from AIP. 40" x 60" posters were printed on cardstock for outside locations such as drive-ins. Few were produced and very few survived because of the environment that they were used in. It's the year 1990 and an alien spaceship has crash-landed on Mars. Dr Farraday (Rathbone) decides to send a team of astronauts, including Allan Brenner (Saxon) and Paul Grant (Hopper), on a rescue mission. They discover just one survivor. This green-skinned alien with an outrageous hairdo is brought aboard, but when one man is attacked and drained of his blood, the survivors are soon racing home, before they too become victim to the bloodsucker. This poster is from the film's first release, rolled in excellent condition. It has a professionally repaired tear on the bottom edge and a few minor nicks in the edge that would not show when framed.
