About this poster
Original Scott of the Antarctic (1948) movie poster. Format: UK DC - 20" x 30". Grade: Fine.
Incredibly rare 1948 first release country of origin UK Double Crown (DC) for this classic British film starring John Mills as the eponymous Scott on his tragically ill-fated race to the South Pole. Almost all paper in Britain from the 1940's was pulped and recycled in the immediate post world war 2 austerity years so it's very difficult to find any movie posters from this period. This poster is lightly folded in excellent condition.| Features | |
