Scott of the Antarctic (1948) - Original UK quad Movie Poster

About this poster

Original Scott of the Antarctic (1948) movie poster. Format: UK quad 40"x30". Grade: Fine/Near Mint.

Incredibly rare 1948 first release country of origin UK quad for this classic British film starring John Mills as the eponymous Scott on his tragically ill-fated race to the South Pole. Almost all paper in Britain from the 1940's was pulped and recycled in the immediate post world war 2 austerity years so it's very difficult to find any movie posters from this period. This poster is folded in excellent condition.
