About this poster

Original Red Shoes (1948) movie poster. Format: UK quad 40"x30". Grade: Near Mint.

One of the best films of all time, Powell and Pressburger's multi-oscar winning adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson's 'The Red Shoes' is astonishing on many levels. The ballet is superb, featuring some of the best dancers of the time, the cinematography was by the legendary Jack Cardiff and was storyline deceptively simple but multi-layered. This is a country-of-origin UK quad from the 2023 BFI re-release with beautiful artwork. Rolled in excellent condition.
