Ferry Cross the Mersey

Rare Australian daybill poster from the first release of this classic British musical from the 1960's Liverpool Beat scene. Following the success of the Beatles' Hard Day's Night, Gerry and the Pacemakers appear in a similar romp, playing a group of musicians that must retrieve their lost instruments to play in a talent contest. Filmed on location in Liverpool with a host of other popular singers and bands, this is a great period piece. Folded in excellent condition with just a few pinholes denying it a mint grade.
