About this poster

Original Muchachas que Trabajan (1962) movie poster. Format: Spanish 1 sht 27" X 39". Grade: Very Good on linen.

For any Formula 1 fan, Mexican driver Ricardo Rodriguez was a spectacular talent cut short. At 19, he was the youngest ever F1 driver when he joined the Ferrari team in 1961. He is still the youngest ever F1 driver to die when he was killed in practise in 1962. The whole of Mexico went into mourning. This super rare Spanish poster announced his film debut in 1962, when he played himself in this motor racing film (also titled 4 Dangerous Curves). Sympathetically linen backed (without restoration to missing paper or retouching) this poster looks great.
