Dragstrip Riot

Motorcycle gangs, hot rodders, death, romance and redemption! This is a very rare 30x40 format poster from the film's first US release, rolled in excellent condition. 30" X 40" posters were produced in small numbers in the 1950's. They were silk-screened by the Hollywood Display union, as seen by the stamp on the lower border. As with most of these posters, the image seen within the poster is a separately printed stone litho image made for the format and glued to the poster. This example has been paper backed to address an edge chip out of the top border and has had the borders airbrushed so that it presents extremely well.
