AI (2001) - Original UK quad Movie Poster
About this poster
Original AI (2001) movie poster. Format: UK quad 40"x30". Grade: Near Mint.
Steven Spielberg's futuristic vision of the development of AI was based on a collaboration with Stanley Kubrick. Many years in development, AI was inspired by British science fiction writer, Brian Aldiss short story 'Supertoys Last All Summer Long.' It was a project initiated by Stanley Kubrick and then taken over by Steven Spielberg who directs as well as writing the screenplay. It is a mixture of Spielberg's wide eyed childlike wonder from his ET era with Kubrick's cold gaze of adulthood. It is a modern version of Pinocchio.| Features | |
