Rare large format country of origin first release from the first of Sergio Leone's trilogy, A Fistful of Dollars. The film was notable for several reasons. It was the first really successful Spaghetti western. It was a masterly retelling of Kurosawa's Yojimbo. And despite being directed by Sergio Leone, the credits identified a fictional Bob Robertson as director - the (misguided) studio wanted to give the impression that it was a proper American western not an Italian one. Linen backed in excellent condition. N.B. Because of the size and weight of this poster, we will need to arrange special shipping as it's too large for our standard delivery. Please contact us for a quote or you can pick up in person from London or Emsworth in West Sussex.
