Free, White and 21
Sensationalist court room drama about a true life 1963 case in which African-American businessman Ernie Jones is accused of raping Swedish immigrant and civil rights Freedom Rider Greta Mae Hansen. Jones was the proprietor of the hotel at which Hansen decided to stay during her time in Dallas. Released during the rise of the civil rights movement in America, the title was a common expression in the USA at the time meaning that a person was independent and free of financial and other obligations (even if it was more than a bit racist). This is a rare 30 x 40 poster rolled in excellent condition with a snipe drawing attention to the age restriction.
